Sangeeta Mulchandani
Sangeeta is a third-generation entrepreneur, author and speaker who left a 15-year corporate career to pursue her startup ventures. With two tech startups and a consulting business behind her, she founded Jumpstart Studio to mentor early-stage entrepreneurs and advise large organisations to transform ideas into successful ventures.
Sangeeta is renowned for her startup and innovation programs in collaboration with Universities and Government agencies like LaunchVic, Deakin University, RMIT University, Melbourne Business School, and Startup India. Her influential book, "Start Right: How to Pick a Winning Business Idea and Make it Successful”, guides aspiring founders in mindset cultivation, strategic planning, and entrepreneurial execution. In academia, Sangeeta lectures at the University of Melbourne in the Master of Entrepreneurship program and teaches Innovation in the Executive MBA program at Melbourne Business School.
Originally from India and starting her career in Africa, Sangeeta now resides in Melbourne, Australia. A seasoned traveller fluent in four languages with experiences in 42 countries, she infuses a global perspective into her work. Committed to the belief that entrepreneurship and innovation can drive positive change, Sangeeta Mulchandani continues to shape the global entrepreneurial landscape.
